Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, undamaged, and

  • Returned in its original condition and packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:

  • Digital products or downloads once accessed

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personalised or custom-made items (where applicable)

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (and within 30 days of purchase) with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Where required by law, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, including reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 days from the date we receive the returned item

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part

UK & EU:

You have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to legal exclusions.

Australia:

Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

United States:
